Recently listed on the ASX, the requirement was to mature the technology capability to further enable the business and remove major risks managed at board level. The environment included challenges with integration, standards and consistency of many acquisitions globally,

The transformation focused on driving economies of scale from operations, grow the business through the development of new opportunities and reduce risk through increased compliance.
Key projects overseen include:

Design and delivery of a new guest engagement application incorporating geolocation to create new revenue streams,
• Redesign and development of core transacting websites resulting in 40% increase in conversion year on year,
• Digitization of the customer journey to improve the experience of the check in process both before and during arrival into a branch,
• Implementation of agile methodologies to deliver business requirements,
• Successful implementation of a new ERP in the retail sales and manufacturing operation,
• Global roll out of a new finance platform
